On Friday December 27, 2019 William (Bill) Andrew Metcalf of Catonsville past to eternal rest surrounded by his Family. Born April 9, 1959 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of Dr. Leslie Metcalf (p2017) and Katherine (nee Wolf). He was the oldest of four children and was raised in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. He leaves behind his Mother Katherine Metcalf, sister Donna Metcalf and his brother and sister in-law Les & Susie Metcalf. His sister Karen Metcalf passed away in March 2019. He also leaves behind 3 nieces Mallory Hill, Lauren Metcalf and Rebecca Metcalf and their children.

Bill enjoyed the outdoors with many successful hunting trips. He poured himself into whatever job he had. His last job he considered his dream job, working at Charlestown Retirement Home as their construction manager, he lived less then 5 minutes away.

Bill attended Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and Graduated in 1977 from Woodlawn Senior High. He attended Catonsville Community College where he received his degree in construction management. He was an avid reader of military articles and books and loved the old western and military movies.

Bill was also a Mason in Waverly Lodge #152, The Boumi Shrine where he was a member of the Gun Club and enjoyed the social time with his Masonic Brethren. He was also a member of Annapolis Forest #126 Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
