Barbara Joan Dennis Kroll passed away on May 9, 2018 surrounded by her three children and oldest granddaughter. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Donald William Kroll formally of Relay, MD, and their three children: Terri Kroll Geelhaar of Cooksville, MD; Brian Kroll of Newnan, GA; Karen Kroll Ritz of Seven Valleys, PA; six grandchildren: Brittany and Scott Geelhaar; Megan and Kevin Kroll;Joshua and Alyssa Ritz; her eldest sister Lillian Mae Dambrauskas of Greenbelt, MD; son-in law, Robert Geelhaar; daughter-in law, Kathy Kroll; and son-in law, Nick Ritz. She was predeceased by her parents; Lawrence and Lillian Dennis; and two sisters Mary Ann Spioch, and Jean Louise DePreist.
She graduated from Howard County Senior High (Howard High School) in 1959, and married her beloved husband three months later. She was a proud grandmother and could always be found running around with a camera in hand snapping pictures of the grandchildren she adored.
She was a homemaker for many years, but was also employed for both the National Security Agency (NSA) and Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
