Bertha Frances (Meyers) Paul
April 5, 1937 — June 17, 2022
Bertha Frances Paul (Nee Meyers), 85, passed peacefully on June 17, 2022. She was born Bertha Frances Meyers in Baltimore, Maryland to Wilson and Helen Meyers. Bertha was predeceased by her father, Wilson “Buddy” Meyers and mother, Helen Meyers (Nee Bronis). Including her beloved late husband, Anthony Joseph Paul, Jr. and son, Michael A. Paul, and sister, Helen M. Manning.
Bertha is survived, and will be greatly missed, by her loving children, Angela M. Paul (Richard T. Miller), Mary Ann Diamond (Ron Diamond), Kathleen M. Shaffer (Mike Shaffer), Christine Chehreh (Cameron H. Chehreh) and Anthony J. Paul, III. Her daughter-in-law, Lisa Paul; as well as her sister, Constance Ballasone. She was also the cherished grandmother of Jaime K. Bury, Cameron T. Miller, Collin A. Miller, Garrett Paul, Tyler Paul, Amanda Diamond, Jessica Diamond, Matthew Diamond (Lauren), Brandon M. Shaffer, Chelsea T. Luebbert (Justin Luebbert), Camryn N. Chehreh and Marlyn F. Paul. Bertha adored and will be missed by her many friends and family.
Family and friends may gather at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd. Catonsville, MD 21228 on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will take place at the Candle Light Funeral Home on Friday, June 24, 2022 at 11:30 am. Interment will follow the funeral service at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229.
