Beth (Stigler) Shepherd

After a hard fought, yet dignified and graceful battle with cancer, the world lost a very caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, mentor, advisor, and cheerleader; but we all gained an angel!

Beth was the beloved wife and eternal partner of Robert Shepherd. She was the very devoted and caring mother and mother-in-law of Jason and Jenny Loden (Charlotte, NC) and Damien and Anne Loden (St. Louis, MO). She was the very proud Gamma to Sydney, Declan, Addison, and Emma and the loving big sister of JoAnne Andryszak and Joseph Stigler.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Ann (Nancy) and Joseph Albert Stigler.

Beth split her time between Alexandria, VA and Chestertown, MD, but no matter where she was, she was at home with Rob by her side surrounded by her family and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family sincerely requests that donations be made to Compass Regional Hospice in Centerville, MD. We will remain forever grateful for the friendship, compassion and love that our family recieved from Melissa, Missy, Melanie and Bob.
