Betty Lou (Reitz) Holtman

Betty Lou Holtman was born in Baltimore, MD on December 30, 1934 to Ernest and Evelyn Reitz. She passed on August 31, 2020, she was 85.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Francis Holtman. As well as her step-daughter, Nancy Louise Smedley (husband, Ken); sister, Joan McNally and brother, Fred Reitz.

She is survived by her sisters, Lynn Berndhart and Evelyn Sakers. As well as her devoted grandchildren Anthony Thomas DeCesare (wife, Kara), Michael Edward DeCesare (wife, Jessica), Lauren Staiti and Shaun Smedley. And adoring great grandchildren, Olivia, Marc, Gabrielle, Hunter and Dylan DeCesare. Including many other cherished nieces and nephews. Betty was an amazing cook and took pride her in talents whether she was working with flowers, food, or costumes. She will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Candle Light Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 10:00AM at the Candle Light Funeral Home. With interment at Lorraine Park Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
