Christopher Ryan Marx

Christopher Ryan Marx, 50, passed on November 23, 2022. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to James Walter Marx, Sr. and Anita Julia Marx (Nee Jakubowski). Chistopher was predeceased by his father.

Christopher was a proud alumni of Catonsville Highschool and a very accomplished electrician in the community. He enjoyed getting together with friends and going to the beach and watching the air show.

Chris is survived by his loving mother, Anita Julia Marx. As well as his dear siblings Theresa Marie O’Brien, Patricia Ann O’Connor (George), James Michael Marx and James Walter Marx Jr. (Susan). Chris was also a beloved uncle to Lauren O’Brien, Rachel O’Brien, Alecia O’Brien, Alana O’Brien, Daniel Eakin, Nicholas Eakin and Natalie Eakin. Including many other cherished family and friends.

Family and friends may gather at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd. Catonsville, MD 21228 on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 1pm to 2pm for a visitation with a funeral service taking place at 2pm. Another visitation will be held from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022. A celebration of life will take place Friday, December 9, 2022 from 5pm to 9pm at the Dewey Lowman American Legion, 1610 Old Sulphur Spring Road Halethorpe, MD 21227.

For those desiring, the family has requested that donations be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital .
