Colleen Flannagan Carlile

On Saturday, November 13, 2021, Colleen Flannagan Carlile passed away at her Windsor Mill, Maryland home. She was 68. She is survived by her spouse, David Scobee; her mother, Gladys Edwina Flannagan; sister, Kellie Obusek (Gary); her step daughters, nieces, nephews, & many friends.
Colleen graduated from Mt. Hebron High School, class of 1972. She loved cooking, shopping, and sports - especially the Orioles and Ravens! She will be cremated with no service or memorial. Our immediate families will gather at a later time to spread her ashes in her beloved Ocean City.
