On January 25, 2016, Beloved Husband of the Late Rosemarie Seipp, devoted father of Laura Seipp, LuAnne Seipp and Richard Rhodes, dear grandfather of Tammi and Jenny.
David was a Lieutenant in the Baltimore County Fire Department for 20+ years and he served proudly in the U.S. Army during the Post-War occupation of Gremany. .
