Diana was a warm, loving, and compassionate mother, grandmother, sister, niece, cousin, and friend who will be missed by many. Her life was filled with adventures that are what movies are made of. She worked for the Baltimore City Public Defenders office in the 60s and 70s, and as an executive administrator and legal assistant throughout her career. Before she retired, she served as Justice Court Executive Assistant for the Pahrump, Nevada Justice Court from 2003-2012, before making her way back East, first to New Hampshire to live with her sister Pam, (deceased), then in Pennsylvania with her brother, and finally back to Baltimore to be closer to her daughter and "grand twins", who she loved more than anything.

If you knew Diana, then you knew her love for animals was unsurpassed. Throughout her life, she raised everything from pigs to ducks, to goats and chickens, and there was never a time when she didn't have a cat or dog, even a pet rat or two, in the house. She cherished the country life, bird watching, fresh air and gardening. She loved to cook, especially Italian cuisine, and hosted years of family gatherings - always making everything from appetizers to the main course to desserts.

Diana had a great sense of humor, a love for horror and science fiction, and a fascination for forensics and crime-solving shows. Everyone she met instantly loved her kind heart and sense of humor.

Diana is survived by her daughter, Michele D'Anna, grandchildren Mia and Kyle Decker, brother William Fletcher his wife Tammy and their children Chris, Billy, and Amanda and grandchildren Floyd and Syd, her beloved dog, Gracie, cherished family members, and many longtime friends residing Maryland, West Virginia, and Nevada.
