On September 5, 2024, Elizabeth "Lisa" Elliott (nee Biles), loving wife of Robert Elliott; dear sister of Dr. James D. Biles and his wife Brenda and Dr. Kelly Biles and his wife Pam. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held at the family-owned Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Road (21228) on Friday, September 13th from 6 to 8 PM.
