Jerome William Dean, Jr.
November 17, 1940 — February 20, 2025
Jerome William Dean, Jr. was born in Maryland on November 17, 1940. He passed peacefully on February 20, 2025, at the age of 84. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome W. Dean, Sr., Gladys Z. Dean, and sister Jeanette Nielsen.
Jerry is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia Dean, as well as his loving children, Jeanette Frick (Karl), Gwendolyn Pfeiffer, Christopher Dean (Stephanie), Michael Dean and James Dean. He was a cherished grandfather to Cory Birdsell, Ian Dean, Brennan Pfeiffer, Colin Dean, Logan Dean, Josephine Dean, Broderick Dean and late fur babies, Georgie the First and Georgie Boy whom Jerry adored. His loss will be felt by many other caring family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Small Miracles Cat and Dog Rescue .
Family and friends may gather for a visitation on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd., Catonsville, MD 21228. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 12:30pm with burial immediately following at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075.
