Jethro Anderson Hooper, II was born in Houston, Texas on January 31, 1948 to Lewis Milton Hooper and Eugenia Isabella Philip (nee Stagmer). He passed on March 4, 2021 he was 73. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Milton Hooper and Eugenia Isabella Philip, as well as his devoted wife, Laurene Maude Hooper and step parents, John W. Philip and Helen Hooper, including siblings, John Richard Philip, Raymond Charles Philip, Dennis Dale Philip and Donna Marie Tolle.
He is survived by his loving siblings, Gwendolyn Elaine Shipley, Katheryne Hooper, Martin Barry Philip, Andrew Henry Philip, and Gerald Eugene Philip, including many other cherished family and friends.
Family & friends may gather at Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd., Catonsville, MD 21228 for a memorial gathering on Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 10am to 11am with a memorial service taking place at 11am.
