Lawrence "Larry" George Shek, 77, passed away on February 2, 2024 with his wife by his side.
Larry is survived by his devoted wife, Michelle Shek (Nee Wyland), as well as his loving niece, Kimberly Banbury (Jeff), his adoring great nephews, John and Joseph Banbury and many other family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Shek and Gladys Shek (Nee Roesler) and his brother the late Charles "Sonny" Shek (the late Arlene Shek).
Family and friends may gather for a visitation on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd. Catonsville, MD 21228. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 4414 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment will immediately follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd. Crownsville, MD 21032.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Our Lady of Victory Parish , 4414 Wilkens Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229.
