Michael Gary Zaruba

Michael Gary Zaruba, 63, beloved son of Pauline R. (Violette) and the late Raymond J. Zaruba; devoted brother of Kenneth and Deborah (Ford), Eric and Sharon (Webb), Paul and Molly (Gary) predeceased by the late Sheryn Zaruba Kimmel. Survived by seven nieces and nephews and six great nieces and nephews.

Mike graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Baltimore. He later earned his CPA and worked for Venezia Stone, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer for the past 5 years.  He was an avid musician who studied guitar at Peabody.  He played in various bands since his teens. For the past 3 years, he was the lead guitarist and keyboardist for Dodson Creek.  When he was not working or playing in the band, he enjoyed exercising and walking.   His selflessness and sense of humor were admired and loved by all who knew him.  He was always willing to help others; never expecting anything in return.
