Mildred Pauline (Michael) Klein

Mildred Pauline Klein was born in Maryland on November 12, 1927. She passed peacefully on October 16, 2024 at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Michael, her late husband, Vernon Edward Klein, and sister, Mary Rose Turner. (the late Harry).

She is survived by her loving nieces, including:Priscilla Daniels (Mike),  Cynthia Pollard, Claudia Turner (Luanne Williams), Beth Rousselle (Ken) and Judith Rust (Cliff,as well as her dear cousins, Carolynn Fair, David Myers (Barbara) and Steven Myers.

Mildred Klein was a proficient administrative assistant for the B&O Railroad for more than forty-five years. She was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She sang in the choir, planned numerous crab suppers and oyster roasts, and served as the church secretary for many years. She was known for her prowess at Pinochle, her love of travel, and her devotion to her friends and family. Her memory will be cherished by all whose lives she touched.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, 1022 Joh Ave. Baltimore, MD 21229.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association .
