Nancy Carroll Sullivan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Carroll Franz Sullivan, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Nancy was born on May 18, 1937 and passed on October 31, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Dorothy Carroll, as well as her late husband, Raymond F. Sullivan, her first husband and the father of her children, Joseph Aloysius Franz, and her sister Dorothy Elizabeth Rickle.

Nancy is survived by her loving children, Denise M. Ford and Joseph C. Franz, her adoring grandchildren, Joseph “JC” Carroll Franz, Jr., Cassi Lin Brooks, Victoria Claire Ford, and great-grandchildren Cooper Wilder Franz, Reese Sienna Franz, Beau William Brooks, and Dove Jayce Brooks. Her presence within the family will forever be treasured, and she will be deeply missed.

Family and friends may gather at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Rd. Catonsville, MD 21228, for a memorial gathering on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a memorial service taking place at 4:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made the American Cancer Society at donate.cancer.org .
