Nicholas DiCrescenzo, surrounded and embraced by the love of his family, quietly passed away on May 12, 2017.
Nicholas DiCrescenzo of Baltimore, MD, formerly of Lighthouse Point, FL, died at Northwest Hospital at the age of 93. He was born August 3, 1923, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Pasquale and Annine (née Faraone) DiCrescenzo.
Nicholas was united in marriage to Jean Dorothy DiCrescenzo; she preceded her devoted husband in death in 1990. A United States Army veteran, Nicholas served in WWII in the 3rd Battalion under General George S. Patton. He retired as long-time Director of Traffic and Logistics from Andre Fantasy hair and beauty supply company.
Nicholas was the beloved brother of Mary Berman (married to the deceased Irving Berman), and the deceased Vincent DiCrescenzo.
He is survived by his son Ronald DiCrescenzo (Tina Ryan), grandson Ryan DiCrescenzo (Sarah McGraw) and two great grandchildren Simon and Morgan DiCrescenzo. Nicholas is also survived by his sister Mary Berman, niece Deborah Berman Biddle (Art Biddle), and their children Alexander and Claudia Biddle.
