Nicholaus Keith Valenstein (1986-2016)

On Wednesday, October 5, 2016, Nicholaus (Nick) K. Valenstein of Elkridge, MD, was taken from us suddenly. Cherished son of Diane Messina and Keith (Amy) Valenstein. Brother of Jason (Dawn) Higdon, Doug (Kristen) Higdon, Shawn Higdon, Ashley (Josh) West, Hunter Valenstein, Megan Valenstein, Jesse Middleton, Brian Middleton, Shannon Alvey, Beloved Uncle of Alessandra, Giana, Gabriella, Ethan, Logan and Joshua. Grandson of Rose and Peter Messina and the late Jerry and Jean Valenstein. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Nick loved comic books, video games and music. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh and his kind heart. Our family will forever feel a tremendous void without him.
