It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Ann Deppe (nee Finnegan), born November 19, 1938, announce her passing on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at the age of 84 after complications from leukemia. Predeceased by her husband Norbert T. Deppe, Sr., a devoted wife of 54 years, beloved mother of Ted Deppe (spouse Kathleen), Melissa Deppe Marchetti (spouse Michael), the late Sue Ann and Matthew Deppe, loving sister of Mary E. Grim, Frances A. Moebuis and Thomas Finnegan. Patricia is also survived by her four grandchildren: Jeremy, Lauren, Brenna and Kelsey.
Patricia was a real estate agent with Long & Foster Realtors for over 30 years before retiring in 2017. She enjoyed spending time with family vacationing in the Outer Banks, Ocean City, traveling abroad on cruise ships and spending long weekends in Williamsburg with close friends. Playing dominoes, Mahjong and Canasta with friends at the Arbutus Senior Center brought her sheer joy!
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Candlelight Funeral Home located at 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral mass will be held at Ascension Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m., Monday, October 23, 2023 located at 1527 Potomac Avenue, Halethorpe, MD 21227.
Interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
