Peter Joseph Messina

Peter Messina was born in Baltimore, Maryland on July 1, 1931.

He was a high school graduate of Calvert Hall in 1949.

Pete was married to Rose Messina on May 30, 1952, they were married for 65 years.

Pete loved to fish and spent many hours boating and fishing. He loved the ocean which led him to Bethany Beach, Delaware where he enjoyed living for many years. He enjoyed catching fish and cooking it.  Cooking was another passion of his. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners were always his specialty.

He fought a courageous fight from the ravages of Parkinson and Dementia. He showed us what strong will is and we will never forget how hard he fought.

He loved his family dearly and was a true family man.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be sorely missed.
