Charles E. Warner (Tinkie). Grandmother of Melissa Cooke (Peter),Michele Biedrzycki and Derrick Biedrzycki (Kim). Great Grandmother of Matthew Bassler (Alicyn),Michael Bassler, Courtney Sanders (Eddy),Nicole Cooke and Kelsey Cooke. Great-Great Grandmother of Ellie Renee Sanders. Also survived by many nieces,nephews and cousins.
Phyllis passed away peacefully at Stella Maris Hospice after a long illness.She was a friend and a mentor to many. She will be deeply missed.
