On January 25, 2019, Rebecca Leigh Coates- Kemper; devoted daughter of Joseph and Barbara Coates (nee Clingerman); cherished sister of Joe Coates and his wife Jessica; doting aunt of Jackson, Peyton, and Colton Coates; dear niece of Mary Rode, John Clingerman, David Clingerman, Patsy Thomey, and Jack Coates; former wife of Chad Kemper. Also survived by her canine companion Lucy, and many other loving family members and friends.

Friends may call at the Candle Light Funeral Home by Craig Witzke, 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, Md. 21228, on Friday 3:00pm to 6:00pm, where a funeral service will be held at 6:00pm. Interment private. Contributions may be made in Rebecca's name to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
