Robert John Day

Robert Day died unexpectedly on October 24, 2018 at the early age of 72.  Robert Day was a beloved husband of Diane Day, devoted father of Cary Day and his wife Colleen Day, and Holly McKinney and her husband Warren McKinney; loving grandchildren Cierra Day, and Jesse McKinney.  Also survived by many other loving family members and friends.

Friends may call at the Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Tuesday from 10AM to 12PM. A Burial will be held at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, Maryland 21075, on Tuesday at 1 PM.

Robert Day was simply known as Bob to his family and friends. So many positive things I could say about him.  He would be there for you in any way, especially for those he loved the most.  He never looked for praises.  He was never a man to boast.  Most of the time his worries would go unspoken.  He was a sturdy hand we could always hold in times of stress and strife. A true friend we could turn to when times were good or bad. Rest in peace on this day, you will always be loved and never be forgotten.
