Robert Brian Schropp

Robert Brian Schropp, 48, died on October 26, 2022. He was born in Takoma Park, Maryland to Robert Rodney Schropp and Geraldine Naomi Schropp (Nee Wood). Brian was predeceased by his father and grandparents.

Brian is survived by his loving mother, Geraldine N. Schropp. As well as his sister, Pamela Eidsness (Lars). Including his devoted partner of 11 years, Stephanie Lauren Burgee and his cherished niece, Astrid Eidsness. Brian was an avid reader and music lover and he was passionate about encouraging a love of literature for all ages. This was reflected in his employment at Borders Books and Music, Daedalus Books, the Howard County Public Library System and the Albin O. Kuhn Library at UMBC. Brian also was passonate about his artwork and was a member of the Baltimore County Art Guild where he had his studio. Brian will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
