Rosemarie Bauernschub (nee Hauser) passed away on April 26, 2013 at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. She was born on January 1, 1931 to George & Mary Hauser in Baltimore. She married her beloved George Bauernschub on February 20, 1954 and they just recently celebrated their 60th anniversary with family and friends.
Besides her loving husband George, Rosemarie leaves behind three daughters: Mary Beth Bauernschub of Greenbelt, MD; Diana Bauernschub Danaher and her husband Tim, of Ellicott City, MD; and Amy Bauernschub Amy and her husband Joseph and four grandchildren, Kevin Danaher, Sean Danaher, Samantha Amy and Melissa Amy.
After three years in England, she and George settled the family in Ellicott City, MD in 1960, they lived there until 2008 when they moved to the Charlestown community.
Rosemarie was a medical secretary, housewife and mother who was known as a good golfer and an award winning quilter. Her quilts won numerous awards in local & state shows. She had an exhibition of her work at Villa Julie (now Stevenson University) her alma matter.
