Ruth Judith (Robinson) Sansbury
October 2, 1929 — January 29, 2025
Ruth Judith Sansbury was born in Maryland on October 2, 1929. She passed peacefully on January 29, 2025 at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walton C. Robinson Jr. and Ricka Robinson. Including her beloved husband, Robert D. Sansbury, Sr. and late brother, Walton C. Robinson, III (the late Edith).
She is survived by her loving children, Judith Ann Carter (William D. Carter) and Robert D. Sansbury, Jr. (Gretchen J. Lehnert). As well as her cherished grandchildren, Meghan Kay (Patrick), Caitlin Schleicher (Bradley), Gwendolyn Sansbury, Macallan Sansbury, Gareth Sansbury and adored great-grandchildren, Claire Kay, Charlotte Kay, Caroline Kay, Isla Schleicher and Emma Ruth Schleicher. Her loss will be felt by many other caring family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Gilchrist Hospice .
Private burial will take place at Loudon Park Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Please check back to details.
