Sharon U. Miller

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Sharon Unitas Miller, beloved wife of Rick Miller and devoted mother to Mark Selby, Ken Miller and Jimmy Miller, sister to Edward Unitas, Debra Young and Kathryn Williams (deceased). Sharon was an adored grandmother to Jacob and Luke Selby, an aunt, and a friend to many whose lives she has touched in memorable ways. She leaves daughters-in-law Jennifer Miller and Kendall Selby, sisters-in-law Rose Unitas and Lynn Kirkpatrick (husband Jesse) and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. We cannot forget her pug, Maxwell, who was by her side with much love throughout her illness.

All will miss Sharon dearly. Many will remember her as a warm, loving person whose accomplishments brought joy to so many at home with her family she adored, as well as in the workplace with her many friends and co-workers throughout the years. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, homemaking and culinary skills, love of travel with Rick, and an impressive ability to get things done! If ever anything needed to get accomplished, Sharon could be relied upon to make it happen!

Sharon’s deep faith and love of Jesus reassured her throughout her lengthy illness that she would be welcomed into Heaven, not only by His open arms but those of her beloved parents, Edward and Kathryn Unitas, and sister Kathy Williams.

Her love of life and family was absolute and unquestionable, and cemented in our hearts forever.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Candle Light Funeral Home, 1835 Frederick Road, Catonsville, Maryland 21228 on Friday November 8, 2024 from 9:00am - 11:00am, followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00am.
