Stefanie Camille Knab

Stefanie Camille Knab, 47 years old of Columbia, Maryland, passed away on January 18, 2016. She leaves behind her husband of 30 years, Jeffrey Knab, four children, Matthew Jeffrey, Erica Nicole, Breanna Noelle, Olivia Brooke, and daughter-in-law, Amanda Knab.

Stefanie was born on September 22, 1968 to George and Elaine Fry. She attended Bowie High School and pursued a career in skincare and obtained a technical degree from Von Lee. After working as an esthetician for many years she became a business owner at Light L.L.C. where she handled all office and administrative responsibilities.

In addition to being a mother and wife, she was also a dog lover.  She is survived by two pugs, Fifi Trixibelle and Georgia, two French Bulldogs, Napoleon and Charlotte, and a Yorkshire Terrier, Walter, whom she rescued from the side of a busy road.

Stefanie was diagnosed with Stage IV Breast Cancer in 2010. She went through chemotherapy and was able to manage her cancer until November 2015. After several weeks of struggling, Stefanie lost her five year battle to breast cancer.
