Troy Hanna

Troy stood out because he provided his daughter with various outlets to try different interests. He wanted to provide the tools she needed to discover her passion naturally, just like he did when he was her age, but for music.

He wrote, produced, and recorded over 12 country music albums of his own in his lifetime. He was a kind soul who needed a gentle hand. Brenda Crawford and Traci Bois were those hands for him till the end.

Troy worked for and with the legendary Willie Nelson for over a decade, traveling the country, all while being the best girl dad he could be to Danielle. Her being an only child allowed Troy to invest more of his time to make sure she was being cared for and loved. Troy was not only a very skilled musician, but a wildly talented carpenter. He was an intuitive craftsman who had an eye for quality.

While living in Hanover, Pennsylvania, Troy constructed and finished multiple home improvement projects to make a safe space for Danielle and Brenda. If you visit their old backyard, the tire swing is still going strong.

He is already deeply missed by those who loved and cherished his free spirit.
