On August 21, 2018, William R. Fairbank; beloved husband of Mary Patricia "Pat" Fairbank (nee Deaver); devoted father of Matthew William Fairbank; loving brother in law of Kathleen Deaver and Elizabeth Wheat. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
