On January 8, 2019, Zara Svetlana Blay, cherished daughter of Vitya and Kimberly Blay (nee Welch); adoring sister of Luka Blay; loving grand-daughter of Lori Lavers, Svetlana Cockran, Chris Antezzo and his wife Jenna, Daniel Blay, Jim Cockran, and the late Laurence Welch; dear great-grand-daughter of Joyce Ganassini and her husband Renzo, Marianne Antezzo, and Vincent Antezzo and his wife Linda; doting niece of Marina Blay and her husband John Smith, Melody Antezzo, Chris Antezzo Jr., Jenna and Farooq Khan, Justin and Katie Brooks, Steve Champion, and Joseph Bennett; loving great-niece of Irene Gregoreva and Dwight Welch and his wife Heather. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10am at Catonsville Presbyterian Church, 1400 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD. 21228 . Interment St. John's Cemetery.
