Frances Ann Saulsbury
March 19, 1953 — May 6, 2023
Loving mother of Vincent Saulsbury and the late Nick Saulsbury; daughter of the late Catherine Irene Mancini and the late William Metcalf; sister of Bruce Metcalf, the late Jeff Metcalf, Kelly Cashen, and the late Laurie Fischbach; cousin of Helene Haviland. Frances is survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
Family and friends may gather at the Candle Light Funeral Home on Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 11am-1pm. The funeral service will begin at 12:30, internment at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens immediately thereafter.
A wake will be held Saturday, May 13, 2023 from 3pm-6pm at El Guapo, 729 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228.
