Devoted mother to Valerie (Mike), Nanci (Jeff), Cyndy (Perry) & David (Janet); caring sister to Carol, Cathy, James, John, Thomas & the late Joseph & Joan. She cherished her many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Dolly was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. She was the Co-Valedictorian of South High graduating class of 1954. She married at 19 and raised 4 wonderful children and received her Bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State University. Dolly lived a full life - she was a loving mom, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, friend, feminist, needleworker, artist, a career woman, bridge champion, dancer, world traveler, bowler, gardener, and bingo player. She was kind, caring, patient, generous, forgiving and bold. She loved flowers and music and learned how to country line dance later in life which brought her great joy.
