Beloved husband to Dolores (Dee) Donnelly; Father to Ryan Donnelly, Michael Donnelly, Thomas Donnelly III, Elizabeth (Donnelly) Rowan, David Friedman, and Jason Friedman; Grandfather to Keegan Donnelly, Bryce Donnelly, Conor Donnelly, Ian Donnelly, Landen Rowan, Jace Rowan, Mason Friedman, Aisley Friedman, and Michael Friedman.

Born in Springfield, MA. Lived in 16 Acres and Longmeadow. Played basketball, football, and baseball in first 3 years of college in Boston. Belonged to the Lamba KiLamba Fraternity. Played baseball in the Cape Cod League. Fourth year of college at George Washington University and stayed in Washington DC area for several years. Owner of popular Colonel Mustards Bar and Restaurant in Washington DC until the World Bank took up the space.

Mortgage Banker for many years in Columbia area. Played softball on the old Lucky Ned Team for several years. Avid sports enthusiast, diehard Red Sox and Raven’s fan. Highlight was as a child attending the Red Sox game in which Ted Williams hit his last Home Run and the World Series game in 2007 in which the Red Sox won the Series. He attended many Ravens games as a season ticket holder from inception of the team. Loved being a fan of his children’s sports teams and never wanted to see his children unhappy.

Spent many summers as a child in Cape Cod, MA. As a parent, he took his children to the Cape every summer. Loved family. Family always came first with Tom.

Became a member of USGTF and Golf Instructor was to be his retirement dream job before illness overtook him. Upon retirement, Tom spent most weekends in Rehoboth, DE with his wife of 36 years. He was a devout Catholic, attending Mass wherever he went, Columbia, Cape Cod, and Rehoboth
